What happens, minute by minute

  1. 0:00find a comfortable seat, let your feet rest flat on the floor
  2. 0:01close your eyes gently, let your eyelids rest
  3. 0:03take a deep breath in, hold it for a moment, and exhale slowly
  4. 0:06as you breathe out, let your shoulders drop about an inch
  5. 0:10now, bring your attention to your breath, feel the air entering and leaving your nostrils
  6. 0:15with each breath, imagine your focus sharpening, like a pencil point
  7. 0:21when your mind wanders, simply notice it and gently bring your focus back to your breath
  8. 0:28with each breath, you are becoming more centered
  9. 0:36now, imagine a clear window in front of you, let it fill with light
  10. 0:45as you breathe in, feel the light filling your body with clarity
  11. 0:55as you breathe out, let any tension or distractions fade away
  12. 1:06continue to breathe deeply, your focus is like the light in the window, clear and steady
  13. 1:18with each breath, you are more present, more focused
  14. 1:31when you're ready, slowly open your eyes
