- 0:01close your eyes gently, let your eyelids rest
- 0:03take a deep breath in, hold it for a moment, and exhale slowly
- 0:06as you breathe out, let your shoulders drop about an inch
- 0:10now, bring your attention to your breath, feel the air entering and leaving your nostrils
- 0:15with each breath, imagine your focus sharpening, like a pencil point
- 0:21when your mind wanders, simply notice it and gently bring your focus back to your breath
- 0:28with each breath, you are becoming more centered
- 0:36now, imagine a clear window in front of you, let it fill with light
- 0:45as you breathe in, feel the light filling your body with clarity
- 0:55as you breathe out, let any tension or distractions fade away
- 1:06continue to breathe deeply, your focus is like the light in the window, clear and steady
- 1:18with each breath, you are more present, more focused
