Privacy

The shortest privacy policy you will read this year.

What we collect

Nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no cookies for tracking, no fingerprinting. We do not know who you are, and we designed the site so we never need to.

What the server sees

Like any website, our host briefly sees your IP address to deliver the page. It is not stored, logged or sold.

Audio and video

Practices are text-based and play entirely in your browser. Nothing is recorded when you use them — you can see this for yourself by opening any guided meditation with no account and nothing to accept.

If we ever change this

We will not. If the site ever needs to grow revenue, it will be through honest means — like a donate button — not by selling your attention.

Cookies

There are none for tracking, so there is nothing to accept. If we ever add analytics or anything that measures you, it stays off until you switch it on: visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland get asked first, and the Cookie Settings link in the footer lets anyone change their mind.

Global Privacy Control

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we read it and treat it as a valid opt-out — nothing for you to click.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live — California and several other US states, the EEA, the UK — you can ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of tracking or of any sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information and never have. Use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer, or write to us. Asking will never get you a worse experience.

Why the site is built this way is explained on the about page. If something here is unclear, you can always write to us and we will answer plainly.
