What happens, minute by minute
- 0:00Find a comfortable seat. Close your eyes gently.
- 0:08Take a deep breath in. Hold it for a moment. Exhale slowly.
- 0:20Imagine a warm, soothing light at your feet.
- 0:36As you breathe in, feel that light rise up through your legs.
- 0:56With each exhale, let it travel up through your body.
- 1:20Now, focus on your chest. Inhale peace, exhale tension.
- 1:48Let your shoulders drop about an inch lower.
- 2:20Feel the weight of your head supported by your neck.
- 2:56Your jaw is relaxed. You can feel it, can't you?
- 3:36Breathe in the calmness. Breathe out the stress.
- 4:20Your hands are resting gently on your lap.
- 5:08Feel the warmth of your hands against your skin.
- 6:00Now, bring your attention to your breath.
