What happens, minute by minute
- 0:00Find a comfortable seat. Sit or lie down, whichever feels right.
- 0:08Close your eyes gently. Take a deep breath in through your nose.
- 0:18Hold your breath for a moment. Feel the air in your chest.
- 0:30Exhale slowly through your mouth. Notice the air leaving your body.
- 0:44Let your breath flow naturally. Don't force it.
- 1:00As you breathe in, think of the air as filling your mind with clarity.
- 1:18As you breathe out, let go of any thoughts that distract you.
- 1:38Focus on the rhythm of your breath. Feel each inhale and exhale.
- 2:00If your mind wanders, gently bring your attention back to your breath.
- 2:24Keep breathing deeply and slowly. Let your body relax with each breath.
- 2:50With each inhale, feel your body becoming more alert and focused.
- 3:18With each exhale, let go of any tension or stress.
- 3:48Stay with this breathing pattern for a few more minutes.
- 4:20When you're ready, slowly open your eyes.
- 4:54 Wiggle your fingers and toes. Take a moment to feel grounded.
- 5:30Gently return to your day with a sense of calm and focus.
